呵呵！谢天狼兄，我还没到而立之年，“兄”字实不敢当！帮助赵老妈妈是份内之事，应该的，爱国应通过具体行动来体现！一块钱不嫌少，一万块不嫌多，都是大家一份心意。比起你们，比起老山女兵，我们做的是太少了。烈士们能有你们这样的好战友而感到安息，民族能有你们这样的优秀军人而应感到自豪放心。

我严重不同意楼下两位在这个贴子里发表这种言论，这是一种挑衅行为！
一，我们英雄流血牺牲从没有想到自己日后要得到什么
二，我们对英雄家属的救助是出于一片心意，不是用钱多少来衡量。哪怕是一快钱，也是表明我们没有忘记英雄

做为一个远在他乡的云南人,看这完这些我心难平,下个星期六我让我的家人到嵩明去看看.
我有这样一个想法:一个烈士的母亲我们能这样帮,那么十个百个呢,我希望我们大家不会是一时的热血,要能长期的坚持下去.以就近的原则去帮助那些需要我们去帮助的烈士的家人.
不要让烈士流血还流泪.

thanks. i really appreciated the help. indeed, we do have great history, but with its greatness, it comes with all kinds of historical baggages..
as to the 民间国防类基金会, it sounds very big idea, which could be very complicated (it is more like an idea for potential investment bank than a charity 基金会), but a 基金会 for those fallen soldiers is practical and somewhat straighfoward, similar to those current foundations like "hope" but with different groups of targets -- families of fallen soldiers and veterans of military services.
