面对位烈士的妈妈，我们还能无动于衷吗？

谢谢您亲力出击，电话我很为难告诉您，关于赵妈妈收款问题，我准备周五下去再次确定；
然后帮助她开一个帐户，到时候请您打入她的帐号，联系好银行工作人员定期公布收款金额数目，然后指导赵妈妈消费~~~~~
对于资金问题，我绝对不过手传递，那样太说不清楚了，有亵渎大家诚意。而且我个人也没有那么多时间，近期我将离开昆明，将来的工作我也无法做到事无俱细~~~~~~~

thanks. i was like most of others in that era busy pursuing own goals of life such as degree, scholarships, fun and didn't really pay attention to anything else. anything else was foggy and nebulous i wish that i had been more aware of what was happening back then.
thanks for 老山女兵, 射天狼 and others who fought for the great land we were born and grew up; for us, most of us were (probably still) ungrateful.
I don't worry about 赵妈妈 since there are so many people willing to give their hands (i will go to china by th end of year and will go visit her and . my concern is that what about other "赵妈妈"s? what about next generations of 赵妈妈? what about those veterans who need help in their life?
有必要咨询一下我国设立有关此类基金会的有关规定。
which ministry is in charge of this? let me know if i could help in anyway on this.

几天前，我曾给您写了一篇长长的回复，不过，准备按发送键时，我又按了删除键，因为有些话不便在网络直言，我真的非常感谢您的这片浓浓的热情，看了您的每一次留言我都非常感动，也给我带来很多思考~~
在国外，您这些建议有章可循、合法，如果这些提议能够在国内正常实行，的确是一个非常好的对民政部门的编外补充。对需要帮助的人很有益。
不过，国内则暂时不行；按照正常程序申请，几乎为零。所以我们目前能做的，只是见一个帮一个，尽自己所能，对于烈士家属，需要帮助的太多、太多，很多时候，我们无助、也无能~~~~

the service scope of this veteran 基金会 shoudl be strictly confined within the family of fallen soldiers, veterans of military services....

谢谢，我就象那个时代的大多数人一样，追求个人生活目标，诸如，地位，学业，兴趣但没真正注意到其它事情，其它的只不过是虚幻云烟。我多么希望我那时已经意识到所正发生的一切呀！
感谢老山女兵, 射天狼和其它诸位！他们曾经为我们出生成长的伟大土地，为我们，为至今仍不知道感激的大多数人们而战斗过！
自从有很多人愿意向赵妈妈伸出援助之手，我现在不为赵妈妈担心。（年底，我将去中国并将拜访她，我关心的是其它象“赵妈妈”的情况呢，今后象“赵妈妈”的情况呢？那些在生活中需要帮助的退伍军人的情况呢？
有必要咨询一下我国设立有关此类基金会的有关规定。
哪个部委负责这个？如果我能在这个问题上能够帮忙的话，无论如何让我知道！
