the question is: why don't you do something?
we tend to rely everything on goverment and then blame everything on goverment when things don't turn right on us ...
any bureaucratic system has its limits and cracks, in the case of china, maybe a bit worse. but it doesn't give us excusees to blame ..blame ... and don't do anything ..
talk is cheap ...

问题是：你们为什么不有所作为呢？
我们总是一切依赖政府，每当有事情对我们做得不对时，我们就把一切归咎于政府
任何管理体系都有它的局限与不足之处，鉴于中国这样，情况可能更严重些，但这不是我们责难的理由。。。。责难。。。并且我们却不有所作为。
说说当然都是容易的。。。
