面对位烈士的妈妈,我们还能无动于衷吗?
for 范文:
thanks. do u know how to type chinese? i don't; never learned that. back then there were very few computers in china. it would be graet if you can translate my thought into chinese.
for all, especially 老山女兵, 松毛岭, 射天狼 and others:
the issue here is long term, systematic approach. as i said before, wars or low level conflits would always company china due to the geographics and historical reasons. there would be casualties/fallen soldiers for china; i have no doubt that the goverment has a system in place to take care of their families and this system would be getting better and better. but like every bureaucracy, no goverment system would be perfect and there would be cracks. we can't expect goverment takes care of everything perfectly; a none-goverment fund would offset whatever beyond goverment aid and the situations fall through those cracks.
the idea of 基金会 is nothing new. in the west, generations of younsters start their life as volunteers, or start their careers in all kinds of 基金会.
i would love to hear ur response ...
